At the Honda Factory site, comprehensive improvement works were carried out with a phased approach minimizing operational impact — covering office and warehouse area refurbishments, production area epoxy renewals, signage and marking updates, and social area works. Applications were completed in a controlled manner with all areas delivered ready for use.

- 23,000 m² roof waterproofing membrane replacement
- Smoke exhaust hatch and roof skylight replacements
- General Management building turnkey renovation
- Floor coatings (epoxy, urethane/PU, PVC, linoleum, etc.)
- Office renovation projects (turnkey: civil + mechanical + electrical)
