PROJECT OVERVIEW
At the Bayer Facilities site, comprehensive renovation and improvement works were carried out targeting production, warehouse, and social areas. Restroom renovations, warehouse demolition/refurbishment, roof skylight replacements, kitchen renovation, loading ramp, entrance asphalt and infrastructure works, and site markings were executed in a planned manner. Steel platform fabrications and production area detail works enhanced facility safety and operational efficiency, with all areas delivered ready for use.
