At KİL İnşaat (Constructure), we deliver end-to-end infrastructure and external works for industrial facilities and corporate campuses—covering site concrete works, internal roads, hardstanding surfaces, drainage and rainwater infrastructure, and overall site landscaping. Depending on project needs, we plan and manage new works, renewals, capacity upgrades and phased improvements in a structured way.
Infrastructure and external works are not only about the “look” of a facility; they are essential components that enable safe, orderly and uninterrupted operations. At KİL İnşaat, we assess key factors from the outset—such as ground bearing capacity, levels and falls, water discharge, and site circulation—then structure concrete works, roads and drainage systems for long-term performance. Where operations continue, we progress through phased delivery with minimal disruption, completing control and handover steps to deliver a safe, well-organised site ready for use.
02. Site Concrete Works & Hardstanding Surfaces
Site concrete and hardstanding areas are critical infrastructure for safe and efficient internal logistics. Across vehicle routes, forklift lanes, loading/unloading zones and open working areas, we deliver long-lasting solutions through correct sub-base preparation, reinforcement and concrete grade selection. We resolve surface strength, falls and joint detailing to suit site conditions—reducing maintenance needs during operation.
03. Roads & Circulation Areas
We plan and deliver internal road networks and circulation areas based on operational needs. For internal roads, service routes, manoeuvring areas and parking layouts, we consider load capacity, safe traffic flow and pedestrian–vehicle separation. This improves site safety while making daily operations more organised and sustainable.
04. Drainage & Rainwater Management
Drainage and rainwater management is one of the most critical infrastructure elements for keeping industrial sites and corporate campuses durable over time. Poorly designed water discharge can lead to pooling, ground deformation and even operational disruption. At KİL İnşaat, we treat drainage not simply as “installing a line”, but as an overall site-wide flow and capacity plan.
Flow Logic & Infrastructure Layout
By analysing site levels and natural flow directions, we design drainage runs, rainwater channels and collection points to meet project requirements. We plan gullies, manholes, connections and transition details around real usage scenarios—ensuring water is captured correctly at the right locations. This reduces uncontrolled pooling and surface damage risks.
Falls, Capacity & Safe Discharge
The performance of drainage systems depends on correct falls and correct capacity. We define the required section sizes and line routes to handle expected loads and ensure safe discharge. This approach improves site safety, reduces slip/flood risks and supports uninterrupted operations.
