Planning & Programme Management
Before mobilisation, we review site constraints, existing building conditions and operational requirements. Based on this, we build a programme that phases the work, clarifies key handover milestones and anticipates risks. By aligning take-offs, procurement planning and execution steps, we reduce waiting time, rework and unnecessary costs on site. We also integrate typical corporate-project revision requests into the planning workflow—so change remains controlled rather than disruptive.
Multi-Discipline Coordination & On-Site Integration
Administration buildings and industrial facilities involve multiple disciplines working in parallel—architectural works, structural works, finishes, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), infrastructure, and fire safety. The critical factor is sequencing: enabling teams to progress in the right order, in the right areas, without delays. We manage all disciplines under one coordination structure, monitoring progress through site meetings, checklists and quality inspections.
